Applying for Documents

The documents listed in the chart below are required when applying for a visa extension, changing visa type, or applying for a work permit.

※ The following documents may be requested at the MLC office:

Time Required	If payment is made before 11:00AM, then the document will be available for pick up at 12:00PM that day. If payment is made before 3:00PM, then the document will be available for pick up at 4:00PM that day. If payment is made after 3:00PM, then the document will be available for pick up the next school day.	If payment is made before 11:00AM, then the document will be available for pick up at 12:00PM that day. If payment is made before 3:00PM, then the document will be available for pick up at 4:00PM that day. If payment is made after 3:00PM, then the document will be available for pick up the next school day.	If payment is made before 11:00AM, then the document will be available for pick up at 12:00PM that day.
