工作許可證申請條件及限制
來臺學習中文之外國留學生，就讀滿6個月以上，且持有研習中文(簽證註記代碼FR)的居留證，方可線上提出申請。
持工作許可證，每星期工作時間最長為20小時。
申請應備文件
- 護照影本
- 學生證影本(正反面，背面註冊章日期須為正確在學期間)
- 居留證影本
- 最新的註冊證明與出席證明(上面會有成績)
- 請到郵局填寫劃撥單，須繳交勞動部審查費用NT100元。
- 收款帳號: 19058848
- 收款戶名: 勞動部勞動力發展署聘僱許可收費專戶
注意事項
- 勞動部核發之工作許可證皆有許可期間，請務必於到期前重新申請，以延續工作資格。
- 如於工作期間未持有有效工作許可證，將面臨罰鍰、無法延長居留證效期，或遭限期出境等處分。
⚠️ 非法打工提醒：
提醒：打工前必須先申請工作許可！Reminder: You must apply for a work permit before working!
在工作許可尚未核准前，絕對不能工作！ You absolutely CANNOT start working before your work permit is approved!
不要有「只是幫忙朋友一兩天沒關係」的僥倖心態，哪怕只有一秒鐘也不行。
Don’t assume “I’m just helping a friend for a day or two” is okay, even working for just one second is not allowed.
若未取得工作許可就從事工作，可能會產生以下嚴重後果：
If you work without obtaining a work permit, it may result in the following serious consequences:
- 不被允許延長居留
You will not be allowed to extend your residence in Taiwan
- 即使考上大學，也無法順利轉換為學位簽證
Even if you are accepted into a university, you may not be able to switch to a degree student visa
- 留下紀錄，未來入境台灣將變得困難
A violation record will make it harder for you to enter Taiwan in the future
罰款Fines：
- 學生罰款為 3-15萬元新台幣；
Students may be fined NT$30,000 to NT$150,000.
- 雇主罰款為 15-75萬元新台幣。
Employers may be fined NT$150,000 to NT$750,000.
