「臺灣好精彩！」圖文攝影暨短片大賽，透過以外籍學生的角度，將臺灣深厚多元的文化、人情、美景，透過影片、相片及文字，交織出驚嘆與感動，呈現臺灣不一樣的精彩面貌。並期盼藉此活動，鼓勵外國學生深入接觸臺灣在地文化，進而向世界推廣臺灣。

It is hoped that from the perspective of foreign students, Taiwan's deep and diverse culture, humanity and beauty will be interwoven with photos and texts to express surprises and emotions and present Taiwan's different wonderful faces. We look forward to this activity, which will encourage foreign students to get in touch with the local culture of Taiwan and promote Taiwan to the world.
